About the author:  

Thane Crossley feels privileged to help professionals optimize their performance. Since 1980 he has worked individually with over 20, 000 sales people to thoroughly understand their challenges and opportunities. Emerging from these fascinating conversations and coaching sessions has been a clear answer to the question on what separates sales masters from average contributors. Every aspect of what has been learned has been incorporated into the SalesDialogue Systems product line, designed with deliberate intention to enable anyone to sell better.

Dr. Thane Crossley Thane holds a Doctoral degree from the University of Toronto in Applied Psychology. His Masters degree is in Counseling Psychology and his Undergraduate degree is in General Science. Dr. Crossley is a fellow of the American College of Forensic Psychology, representing the interaction of corporate psychology and law as applicable to hiring, selection and promotional practices.

Dr. Crossley is also a Hypnotherapist, utilizing the relaxation state to help executives achieve the right balance between work and leisure activities. Outside the office, Thane enjoys spending time with family, riding motorcycles, practicing Shotokan (a Japanese Martial Art) and struggling to play the electric guitar – one note at a time.
